Direct-vent units are simply another style of gas fireplace that we’re fully equipped to service. These systems typically vent directly outside and have a sealed glass front for efficiency and safety. CozyFlame is happy to clean, repair, and maintain direct-vent fireplaces, but we do not install this type of unit.

How do our installations work?
If you’re interested in having a new gas fireplace set installed, we’ll first need a few measurements: the back-wall width, the front opening width, and the depth of your existing fireplace. With those details, we can help you explore suitable options. You would then purchase the set directly, ensuring all product warranties remain in your name. Once it arrives, our team will schedule the installation and make sure everything is set up safely and correctly for a warm, cozy home.
Please note:
- We do not run gas lines, so you’ll need a licensed plumber for that portion of the project.
- We do not service chimneys.
